From November 9th to November 10th, 2019, our company conducted a two-day team building autumn outing activity. Our employees actively signed up and participated, with the theme of "Heart Unity, Welcoming the Future, and Transcending Together". The whole process ran through two main lines: climbing the peak of Daming Mountain and playing in the "Valley of the Wind" theme park.

    Daming Mountain is known as the "Little Mount Huangshan Mountain". There is a poem praising that the great tomorrow will be wonderful, and the wonder will be in thousands of acres of farmland. This was once the place where the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang, trained and stationed troops. In the end, the rebel army set out from Daming Mountain, and the dragon emerged from the depths, sweeping across the world. Choosing this place as the location for the team building activity also has the significance of wanting to touch the luck of our founding emperor, so that our company can also ride the waves in the industry and achieve higher glory.

    In this team building activity, everyone assisted each other to solve problems encountered during the team building process, such as some girls feeling unwell due to large temperature differences while climbing mountains, colleagues who were afraid of heights while climbing cable cars, or those who climbed slowly with their families due to their young age. Everyone patiently helped these colleagues overcome difficulties together, encouraged each other, and made everyone feel the warmth of love from colleagues in the cold mountains.

    The theme park activities on the second day were relatively relaxed, with activities such as hot air balloon rides, go karting, rock climbing, small trains, grass flying, and New Zealand scooters. There were also some competitive games, and everyone cooperated and competed with each other, ending the team building activity in a relaxed and happy mood.

    Through this team building activity, we have enhanced our familiarity and trust with each other, strengthened the cohesion of the team, and instilled in everyone the belief of unity, mission, and victory in challenges. Although the team building has ended, everyone has gained a lot. Take a break, adjust your state, and welcome a better tomorrow.
